The figure presents a guard on the Turkish border, a Croatian volunteer Seressaner from the period between 1848 and 1849. Fully in the Balkan/Oriental spirit, his uniform and equipment includes blunderbusses and a khanjar (Balkan knife). A variation of UMP 7137.
